Emerge Sarasota: Multicultural Young Professionals Organization, Filling The Gap within the Community

Many of you may know that I've dived right into the non-profit world and have been on overload ever since. Emerge Sarasota, is a multicultural young professionals organization that has been making waves and receiving positive feedback within the community. With my focus on coordinating special events, marketing, branding and titled the Program Director of Arts and Culture of Emerge Sarasota. I have been diligently working to secure grants, art supplies, submitting proposals and creating a strong art program full of diverse talent.  

Samantha Gholar, the founder and myself have been working side-by-side ever since she's approached me with the idea back in 2017, when we met at the Sarasota Film Festival. Our most recent achievement for Emerge was Samantha Gholar's feature in Sarasota Magazine as one of The 2018 Women of Influence. Also within this year we've received recognition for our Hoops for Hope Event by SNN News. With the help of a strong team of board members, contributors, and supporters to make this happen, we've set the tone that we came to do big things. As we continue to stay diligent, connect with the youth and bring awareness to the Emerge Sarasota Organization.
